[Webfunds-devel] new V committed

I have just done a humoungous commit of all my changes,
mostly to contract store, but also Issuer, SOXServer and
sox/Exceptions.

It works for me, so it would be really useful if y'all would
try it out there and let me know of any problems.  If I don't
hear any screams I'll try and do a release this weekend.

It doesn't at this stage read in pre-now receipts and accounts,
it only works for new users.  I'll start working on that next,
after doing the release.
