[Webfunds-users] Server down, webfunds crash

The Anguilla net downtime this morning gave me the opportunity to 
test what happens when all issuers are down.

I got this exception and instead of displaying some fancy error
message, it just completely locked up. Only a ctrl-c to exit the
app would help.

This is still on 1.4.10 as the download site for 1.5.0 is also in 
Anguila and thus also down.
