[Webfunds-users] glitches in availability

WebFunds might have been suffering this afternoon, as pair.com
were moving Systemics' website (and everything else that they have).
It was promised to be a couple of hours, but in the end, there was
an absence of presence for most of the day.

Reason for WebFunds foolish behaviour is that whilst there are
redundant SOX files listed in the contract's local file, it
hasn't got any code to handle the fallover (like there is with
servers themselves).

Now, the quick&nasty solution is just to find the contract local
file and swap the order of the redundant server file lines.  But
that's harder than it sounds, as it is stored in a serialised
fashion, so can't be edited.

Just more code to write...
