[Webfunds-devel] add new contract fails

I added a new class utils.RawHttp to CVS that was meant to
replace java.net.URL as something that gives better access
to the socket, but it seems that this breaks the contract
adding code.

Edwin reports that you can get it going again by using
version 1.12 of webfunds.ricardion.SOXServer.
