Please only add information here that is available to the public.

Please clarify. No information about DvdStructure is available to the public, officially. However, much is in the MPEG standards, and much has been reverse-engineered. What exactly may I post here? e.g. The top-level VOB structure is in MPEG-2 PES format; the information is part of the MPEG-2 ISO standard, but is only available for a fee. Is it OK to copy information from the MPEG-2 documents into this Wiki [by re-typing]? What about information reverse-engineered about the .IFO file format?
