Hi list,
  I got ac3 pass-through semi-working with oms
(It simply replaced the ac3dec.).
When pausing, the player is supposed to send
pause ac3 bursts, is the structure of
how to do this in oms already?

The ac3 pass-through requires some old developement alsa driver.
And I only tested it on the hoontech trident NX card.

Another question, has anyone tried 2.4.2-pre3 kernel
with oms?  I can only play dvds as root.
The sr driver complains "ILLEGAL REQUEST"
when I ran oms_shell as a regular user.

PS: Stay away from the RedHat 2.96 gcc.
It did generate wrong code for me.
