CHANGES IN AGGREGATE ELEMENTS (OBJECTS)

- the "Code" class disappears.  Replaced by the "IdType" class to conform 
with ebxml core components "identifier.type" in the Core Components 
Structure.xls v1.04.  

In ebXML a "code" is not a UID. It is a sloppy sort of thing like an 
EDIFACT segment code or data element code.  In ebXML the "identifier" is 
used for stuff like a party, project, DUNS number etc.

- within the "IdType" class, changes in naming were made:

   "code" becomes "idContent"
   "codeText" becomes "idName"
   "codeListName" becomes "idSchemeName"
   "parent" (unchanged)
   "version" (unchanged)
   "codeListSchemaURI" becomes "schemaURI" 
   "codeListDataURI" becomes "dataURI" 
    
- the "Quantity" object is revised the same way (to use identifiers)

- the "Measure" object is revised the same way (to use identifiers)
