The patches are extensive; I've put several hundred hours into getting this to work. This file also has patches that allow the positioning of the edit cursor, and also fixes a few core dumps that can occur when the number of rows/cols in the widget are changed, and there is user-data, user-row, user-col etc. data associted with the widget. Andrew has indicated that he will pick up this patched source sometime in the next 3-6 months & incorporate it into an Xbae version 5. But I'm not holding my breath just yet. --linas April 1998
